Easter S'mores

Ingredients

16 Digestive biscuits 

1 packet of Mini Marshmallows 

150g Baking Milk Chocolate (cut into small pieces)

 

Method 

1. Cut eight 15cm foil squares. Sit a digestive biscuit on each square, top with some marshmalllows and some chocolate, then top off the layers with another digestive biscuit. 

2. Wrap in foil and place in the embers of a camp fire. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until heated through.
