HIIT Workout

Our friends at Snap Fitness Yarrawonga have created sweat session workout for you to complete at home or in the gym. 

Warm up exercise: jog for 5 minutes 

1. Jumping Jacks for 45 seconds 

  • Rest for 15 seconds

2. Mountain Climbers for 45 seconds 

  • Rest for 15 seconds 

3. Jump Rope for 45 seconds 

  • Rest for 15 seconds 

4. Burpees for 45 seconds 

  • Rest for 15 seconds 

5. Fast squats for 45 seconds 

  • Rest for 15 seconds  

6. Butt Kicks 

  • Rest for 15 seconds 

7. Squat jumps for 45 seconds 

 

Repeat all exercises x 4
