Warm up exercise: Jog for 5 minutes

  • 30 secs of High Knees 
  • 15 x Burpees
  • 15 x Inverted Push Ups 
  • 15 x Jump Squats
  • 15 x Walking Lunges 
  • 15 x Plank Jacks

Complete this routine 3-4 times.
