To be eligible for this offer the local registered community group must be nominated at the time of purchase. This can be completed by stating the group code during a phone application or, in the case of online application, by entering the community group code in the promo code field. Offer applies to new Hospital and Extras packaged policies only. Excludes existing policy changes, upgrades or downgrades. Limit of one payment per policyholder.
