  • 2018-19 private health insurance statements

    Member private health insurance statement information has now been provided to the Australian Taxation Office. The information should be updated with the ATO and pre-filled on 9 July 2019 for those who are lodging online via myTax or with a registered tax agent. Statements are now available to view or download via your Online Member Services portal.

  • Private health insurance statement

    Recently there has been a change to the law and this year we will not be sending private health insurance statements out automatically, as this is no longer required. Instead, statement information will be sent directly to the Australian Taxation Office by July 15 2019. We will update our Members here once this has been completed.

  • Premium Rate Rise Notification

    Our Rate Change Notices are being delivered electronically via email. These will be available to all Members via your Online Member Service portal under the Correspondence tab in the Rate Change Notice section. Posted mail will be received in the near future. Premiums shown on the website will be updated when the premiums increase from 1 April 2020. Information regarding upcoming improvements to some of our benefits are also available on our website.
